He has held senior positions in leading corporates
like Ashok Leyland Ltd., Eicher Group, Bilt and
Caltex. Having qualified in HR and Personnel Management
with additional qualifications in Training and
Law, he is an excellent facilitator backed by
deep conceptual and practical knowledge gained
from the industry over 22 years of work experience
in HR function - and is familiar with emerging
concepts and tools. Competencies, OD & Training
interventions and Employee Engagement are his
forte - subjects on which he constantly does research.
Has been a partner in facilitating Change interventions
for various corporations in India and abroad since
1998. Has got all clients repeating their order
for his services as one achievement. In other
words has no one off client.
A life member of National HRD Network, ISTD and
ISABS and a visiting faculty to premier business
schools of India and abroad since 1991. He is
now involved in Training and HR interventions
/ change facilitation for various reputed Corporates.
He is also a retainer on HR advisory role and
for Mentoring top Management professionals in
their development journey. Visiting Prof. Teaching
HRM and OB with B schools. Professional Ethics,
Personal Discipline and High Standards of Integrity
on all his deeds are some of the values that he
lives by. Has Authored book titled Competency
Based Interviewing Skills.
